About
I originally created earlier versions of the content here to help assistants, coworkers, interns and collaborators with working with some of the tools I like to use and the processes I've developed. I've since expanded to sharing knowledge with the general public doing the same things. A big part of doing great work is collaborating more effectively by getting to know each other, our strengths and weaknesses, and our styles of working.
As far as my editorial voice goes, I'm big into being "eco" so I'm for learning to value and use tools longer as well as working smarter (read as easier and/or faster). I feel the industry pushes the latest and "greatest" but I'm not 100% for it. Things which made great work don't stop making great work overnight because something new was released. I want to push for a change of mentality to move away from over consumption.
For transparency, some links to modern products I talk about here maybe affiliate links which help me generate a little money in which I reinvest in my philanthropic endeavors including general education. You will never see me have fancy things or splurge on "nonsense".
